Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the virtual Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") trading simulator provided through it (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This is a fan-made virtual entertainment simulator. Everything within the in-game economy is virtual and has no real-world monetary value: the virtual economy does not involve real money, real Steam items, real trading, or gambling of any kind. The only real-money transactions in the Service are a small number of optional paid products — a VIP membership subscription and one-time XP Boost purchases, processed by our payment provider Stripe and described in Sections 34 and 35 — which grant account features and progression benefits only and never virtual currency or virtual items that you can cash out. Please read Section 3 carefully, as it defines the purely virtual nature of the in-game assets you will encounter, and Sections 34 to 38 for the optional paid products and chance-based features.
This document is a professional starting template. Items shown in square brackets, such as [OPERATOR NAME] or [GOVERNING LAW], are placeholders that must be completed and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the Service is offered to the public. Until that review is complete, treat this document as a draft and not as finalised legal advice.
1. Who we are (operator and provider identity)
The Service is operated and provided by the following party (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). These details are reserved and must be completed before publication:
- Operator / provider name: [OPERATOR NAME]
- Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]
- Company / registration number: [COMPANY NUMBER]
- Tax / VAT number (if applicable): [TAX NUMBER]
- Contact email: [CONTACT EMAIL]
- Data Protection Officer / privacy contact (if applicable): [DPO CONTACT]
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a virtual simulator that recreates the look and feel of trading, opening, and collecting cosmetic items inspired by CS2, entirely within a self-contained sandbox. It is provided for entertainment and simulation purposes only.
The Service may include, without limitation, the following simulated features: a virtual balance, a virtual inventory of simulated skins, a simulated marketplace, player-to-player virtual trading, case and capsule opening, trade-up contracts, an upgrader mini-game, season passes, missions, achievements, leaderboards, companies, chat and private messaging, jackpot and case-battle style modes, and other virtual reward mechanics.
All prices, odds, drops, movements, rewards, and outcomes in the Service are generated internally and controlled by the Operator's servers. Item names and images may be drawn from public community catalogue data for reference, but every value shown is simulated and does not represent any real-world price or offer.
3. Everything is virtual (important)
This section overrides any impression created elsewhere in the Service. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
- Every balance, skin, item, crate, trade, reward, prize, and outcome in the Service is entirely virtual and exists only inside the simulator.
- Virtual balances, virtual items, and virtual skins have no real-world monetary value of any kind.
- Nothing in the Service is redeemable, convertible, or exchangeable for real money, real currency, cryptocurrency, real Steam items, real CS2 skins, or any other item of real-world value.
- There is no cashout, withdrawal, deposit of value, or payout mechanism. You cannot fund a real balance or extract real value from the Service.
- The Service does not connect to, read, modify, or hold any real Steam inventory, and it is not a real skin-trading site or real marketplace.
- The Service is not a gambling service, betting service, or game of chance for money or anything of real-world value. It offers no prizes, winnings, or anything of monetary worth.
- Prices, deal ratings, and market movements shown in the Service are simulated figures for entertainment and are not real market offers, quotes, valuations, or investment information.
- Because the items are virtual and free of real value, you are not purchasing goods or a store of value when you acquire in-game items, and no consumer right of resale or redemption for value attaches to them.
4. Eligibility and minimum age
To use the Service you must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old, or the minimum age required to form a binding agreement and to consent to the processing of personal data in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where such use is permitted by local law.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.
5. Registration and account
Some features require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You may register only one account for yourself unless we expressly permit otherwise.
Each account is personal to you. You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, or share your account with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or close accounts that impersonate others, use offensive identifiers, or otherwise breach these Terms.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for securing the devices you use to access the Service.
You agree to notify us promptly at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, subject to the limitations and your non-waivable statutory rights described in these Terms.
7. Prohibited conduct
When using the Service you agree not to do any of the following:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Access, tamper with, probe, or scan the Service, its servers, or its network in an unauthorised way.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system, or to bypass any security or access control.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, including through denial-of-service techniques, excessive automated requests, or rate-limit evasion.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, defraud, or harm other users.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise seriously objectionable.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or collect other users' data without a lawful basis.
8. Fair play: no cheating, bots, exploits, or multi-accounting
Because the Service is a shared simulator with leaderboards and progression, fair play is essential. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating of any kind, including tampering with client code, network traffic, or memory to alter simulated outcomes, balances, odds, or rewards.
- Using bots, scripts, macros, automation, or any tool that plays, farms, or interacts with the Service on your behalf without our express permission.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, race conditions, or unintended behaviour to gain virtual balances, items, rewards, ranks, or any other advantage.
- Operating, controlling, or coordinating multiple accounts to manipulate trading, markets, leaderboards, missions, achievements, seasons, or reward mechanics ("multi-accounting").
- Colluding with other users to distort markets, trades, jackpots, battles, or competitive standings.
- Selling, buying, or brokering accounts, virtual items, or virtual balances for real-world value, whether inside or outside the Service.
Consequences
We may detect and respond to such conduct at our discretion, including by reversing simulated transactions, resetting or removing virtual balances and items, removing leaderboard entries, restricting features, and suspending or permanently banning accounts. Because all affected assets are virtual and have no real-world value, no compensation is due for any such action.
9. Virtual balance
Accounts may hold a virtual balance denominated in a simulated in-game unit. This virtual balance is a scorekeeping device only.
The virtual balance has no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be cashed out. We may grant, adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances for gameplay, balancing, correction, moderation, or anti-abuse reasons.
All balance changes are recorded server-side. In the event of a discrepancy between what a client displays and the Operator's server records, the server records prevail.
10. Virtual items and skins
Virtual items and skins in your inventory are simulated cosmetic objects licensed to you as part of the Service. You do not own them as property and acquire no title, resale right, or redemption right in them.
Item names and imagery may reference community catalogue data for realism. Any resemblance to real CS2 items is for simulation only and does not confer any real item, ownership, or value.
We may modify, re-value, re-balance, remove, or expire virtual items, or change their attributes and simulated prices, as part of operating and maintaining the Service.
11. Marketplace
The Service includes a simulated marketplace where virtual items may be listed and acquired using the virtual balance.
Listings, prices, deal ratings, and market movements are simulated and, in part, generated by automated non-player actors within the simulation. They are not real offers, are not investment or pricing advice, and do not reflect any real-world market.
Marketplace transactions settle only in virtual balance and virtual items. They can be reversed or corrected where necessary for bug-fixing, moderation, or anti-abuse purposes.
12. Player-to-player virtual trading
The Service may allow you to send and receive trade offers with other users that bundle virtual items and virtual balance. All such trades are simulated and involve only virtual assets with no real-world value.
By making or accepting a trade you confirm that you understand it is final within the simulation and involves nothing of real-world value. Trading virtual items or accounts for real money or other real-world consideration is prohibited (see Section 8).
We may cancel, reverse, or refuse trades that appear fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or in breach of these Terms.
13. Trade-up
The trade-up feature lets you combine eligible virtual items into a different simulated item according to server-defined rules and odds. Inputs are consumed and outcomes are decided server-side.
Outcomes are determined by the Operator's simulation and are final within the game. Because all inputs and outputs are virtual and without real-world value, no compensation is due for any trade-up result.
14. Upgrader
The upgrader is an all-or-nothing simulated mini-game in which you stake eligible virtual items against a larger simulated target, with a win chance derived from server-side rules.
The upgrader uses only virtual assets, offers nothing of real-world value, and is provided for entertainment. It is not a gambling service and produces no prizes or winnings. Staked items may be consumed on a losing outcome, and all outcomes are decided and recorded server-side.
15. Case opening
The Service simulates opening cases, capsules, and similar containers, which reveal virtual items according to server-defined pools and odds.
Opening a container consumes the relevant virtual cost and reveals a simulated item decided by the Operator's servers. Because everything involved is virtual and free of real-world value, case opening is a simulation for entertainment and is not a gambling activity, offers no prizes of value, and is not redeemable for real money or real Steam items.
16. Season pass
The Service may offer season passes with tracks of simulated rewards that unlock as you earn in-game season progress.
Season passes, their levels, and their rewards are virtual, may be time-limited, and may change between seasons. Unclaimed rewards may expire at the end of a season. We may adjust season structures, progression curves, and rewards for balancing and operational reasons.
17. Rewards
The Service grants various simulated rewards, including virtual items, virtual balance, cosmetic unlocks, and collectible entries, through gameplay, seasons, missions, achievements, and events.
All rewards are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and are not prizes, winnings, or anything redeemable for real money or real Steam items. We may change reward mechanics, availability, and values at any time, and rewards granted in error may be corrected or reclaimed.
18. Achievements
Achievements recognise in-game milestones and are cosmetic progress markers only. They confer no real-world value and no entitlement outside the Service.
We may add, modify, retire, re-scope, or reset achievements, and may correct achievements unlocked through bugs, exploits, or prohibited conduct.
19. Leaderboards
The Service may display leaderboards ranking users by simulated metrics such as virtual net worth, simulated profit, level, or company standing.
Leaderboard placement is for entertainment and recognition only and carries no real-world value or prize. We may exclude, adjust, or remove entries, including those of automated actors or accounts we believe have manipulated their standing, and we may reset leaderboards periodically.
20. User content
"User content" means anything you submit to the Service, including usernames, profile details, showcase selections, uploaded images or avatars, chat and messages, company names, and similar material.
You are responsible for your user content and must have the rights necessary to submit it. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that breaches Sections 7 or 8.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your user content for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service. This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where retention is required for legal, security, backup, or moderation purposes. We may remove or refuse user content that we reasonably consider to breach these Terms or applicable law.
21. Chat and private messages
The Service may include public or semi-public chat and private direct messaging between users. You are responsible for what you send and must comply with Sections 7 and 8.
We do not routinely monitor all communications, but we may review, filter, retain, or remove messages, and act on reports, where necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users. Do not share sensitive personal information through these channels.
Private messages may still be accessed by us where required for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or technical operation, as further described in our privacy documentation.
22. Moderation
We may moderate the Service and its communities to keep them safe and fair. Moderation actions may include, without limitation, editing or removing content, muting or restricting chat, reversing simulated transactions, adjusting or removing virtual balances and items, and limiting or removing access to features.
We aim to apply moderation reasonably and proportionately. Because affected assets are virtual and without real-world value, moderation actions do not give rise to any right to compensation.
23. Account suspension
We may suspend or restrict your account, temporarily or permanently, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where suspension is necessary to protect the Service or other users, or where required by law.
Where practicable and lawful, we will give you notice and a reason for a suspension, and information on how to appeal. In serious cases, such as active abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct, we may act immediately and provide notice afterwards.
24. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account by using any in-Service option provided for that purpose or by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
On deletion, your virtual balance, virtual items, and progress are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred, because they are virtual and have no real-world value. We may retain certain data after deletion where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or backup integrity, for no longer than [DATA RETENTION PERIOD]. Further details are set out in our privacy documentation.
We may also delete or anonymise dormant or abandoned accounts after a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
25. Bugs and technical issues
The Service is provided as an evolving simulator and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. You must not exploit bugs (see Section 8) and should report them to us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
We may correct bugs and their effects, including by adjusting, reversing, or removing virtual balances, items, or outcomes that resulted from a defect. Because these assets are virtual and without real-world value, such corrections do not entitle you to compensation.
26. Service modification
We are continuously developing the Service and may add, change, or remove features, content, rules, odds, values, and interfaces at any time. We may also change simulated economies for balancing, fairness, or operational reasons.
We will try to communicate significant changes where reasonable, but we are not obliged to maintain any particular feature, item, price, or reward.
27. Feature discontinuation
We may discontinue any feature, mode, event, season, or the entire Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide advance notice of a full discontinuation.
On discontinuation, virtual balances, items, and progress may become inaccessible and are forfeited without compensation, because they are virtual and have no real-world value.
28. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
a) "As is" service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
b) No real-world value or loss
Because all balances, items, and rewards are virtual and have no real-world monetary value, you acknowledge that the loss, reset, removal, or unavailability of any virtual asset does not constitute a financial loss, and no monetary claim arises from it.
c) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, and our officers, employees, and contributors, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or virtual assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free service, may be zero) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
d) Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your non-waivable statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.
29. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
30. Third-party names, Valve, and Steam (no affiliation)
This is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any of their affiliates.
Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam, and all related names, logos, marks, and imagery are the property of their respective owners, including Valve Corporation. They are referenced within the Service only for identification and simulation purposes under the owners' rights. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
31. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, catalogue data, content generation, analytics, or communications, and may link to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms. Real-money payments for the optional paid products described in Sections 34 and 35 are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy; any additional or future payment providers will be identified as [PAYMENT PROVIDERS] and are likewise subject to their own terms. The Service involves no real-money transactions for virtual balance or virtual items — the only real-money purchases are the optional paid products, which grant account features and progression benefits, not virtual assets that can be cashed out.
32. Legal compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you when using the Service, including any local restrictions on accessing online games or simulators.
The Service is not directed to any person in a jurisdiction where its provision or use would be unlawful. If access to the Service is unlawful where you are, you must not use it.
33. Complaints handling
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with enough detail for us to investigate. We will aim to acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time.
Where required by law, you may also have the right to refer certain disputes to a competent authority or an alternative dispute resolution body. Details of any applicable supervisory or dispute-resolution body are: [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY].
34. Paid products and billing
The Service is free to play, and the in-game economy is entirely virtual. The Service does, however, offer a small number of optional paid products that you may buy with real money. These optional paid products are the only real-money transactions in the Service.
All real-money payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing pages. You enter your payment card details directly with Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Each purchase is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. The paid products currently offered are described below.
a) VIP membership (recurring subscription)
VIP membership is a recurring, auto-renewing monthly subscription taken out through Stripe Checkout. Once you subscribe, your membership renews automatically at the start of each new billing period and the applicable fee is charged to your saved payment method, until you cancel (see Section 35). VIP status is time-based and, at present, provides an ad-free experience, a VIP badge, and the ability to claim VIP-only ("premium") Season Pass rewards. VIP benefits are account features only and do not grant any virtual balance or virtual item, and nothing about VIP can be cashed out. Your VIP entitlement is determined by the Operator's servers based on the confirmations we receive from Stripe.
b) XP Boost (one-time purchase)
XP Boost is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, made through Stripe Checkout. It grants a time-limited multiplier that increases the account experience points and season experience points ("XP") you earn while it is active. XP Boosts do not stack — the highest active multiplier applies — and buying another boost while one is active extends the remaining time rather than adding a second multiplier. XP is a progression measure only and has no real-world monetary value. XP Boost packages, including their price, duration, and multiplier, may change from time to time; the terms shown to you at the point of purchase apply to that purchase.
c) Pricing and taxes
Prices for paid products are shown to you before you confirm a purchase and may be stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change the price of, or the benefits included in, any paid product on a forward-looking basis. A price change does not affect a purchase already completed; for the VIP subscription, any price change will apply only from a future renewal and only after we give you any notice required by applicable law.
35. Cancellation, renewal, and refunds
You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from within the Service, or by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. When you cancel, your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current paid period ("cancel at period end"): you keep your VIP benefits until that period ends, no further renewal charge is taken, and your membership then lapses. Where supported, you may also resume a subscription that is scheduled to cancel, before the period ends.
The one-time XP Boost is delivered and starts immediately on purchase and, once the boost has started, it is treated as fully performed.
Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights, including any right to a cooling-off or withdrawal period that applies to you as a consumer. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, it is [COOLING-OFF PERIOD]; by asking us to begin, and by starting to use, a digital paid product immediately, you may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, lose that right once the product has been fully delivered. Where we agree to, or are required to, provide a refund, it will be made to your original payment method within [PROCESSING TIME]. Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, real-money payments are non-refundable, in particular once a digital product has been delivered or a subscription period has begun.
Because virtual balances and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out, no refund, credit, or payment of real money is available for any virtual asset, and cancelling or ending a paid product does not entitle you to any payment for the virtual assets in your account.
36. Virtual balance and items have no real-world value or cashout
As set out in Section 3, the virtual balance, virtual items, and all other in-game assets are simulated, exist only inside the Service, and have no real-world monetary value. This remains true whether or not you have bought any optional paid product.
You cannot cash out, withdraw, sell, redeem, or exchange any virtual balance or virtual item for real money, cryptocurrency, real Steam items, real CS2 skins, or anything else of real-world value, whether inside or outside the Service. The optional paid products described in Section 34 grant account features and progression benefits only; they never grant a virtual balance or virtual item, and nothing you receive in the Service can be converted back into money.
Any real-world amount you pay is consideration solely for the specific paid product you buy, not for virtual currency or virtual items, and it does not give any virtual asset a real-world value.
37. Promotional codes
We may issue promotional codes ("promo codes") that grant a bonus of virtual balance, including at the time of registration. Promo codes are optional, are offered entirely at our discretion, and have no real-world monetary value.
Unless we state otherwise, each promo code may be redeemed only once per account, may be subject to an overall usage limit across all users, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. Promo codes and the virtual balance they grant may not be sold, transferred, combined, or exchanged for real money, and that virtual balance is subject to the same no-value and no-cashout terms as all other virtual balance in the Service.
We may refuse, reverse, or reclaim any promo-code bonus that was obtained through error, abuse, the use of multiple accounts, or any other breach of these Terms.
38. Chance-based features
Some features of the Service involve an element of chance, including case and capsule opening, the upgrader, case battles, and the jackpot mode. In every one of these features the cost, the odds, and the outcome are simulated, are decided by the Operator's servers, and involve only virtual assets.
These features are provided for entertainment only. They are not gambling, betting, or a game of chance for money or for anything of real-world value: you cannot stake, win, or lose real money or anything convertible into real money, and no outcome produces a prize, payout, or item of real-world value. The virtual cost of taking part is paid in virtual balance or virtual items, which themselves have no real-world value.
Because outcomes are virtual and without real-world value, results are final within the simulation and give rise to no monetary claim. The optional real-money paid products described in Section 34 are entirely separate from these features: purchasing VIP membership or an XP Boost does not buy, influence, improve, or guarantee any chance-based outcome.
39. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by [GOVERNING LAW].
The courts of [GOVERNING LAW] will have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except where mandatory law grants you, as a consumer, the right to bring proceedings in, or requires proceedings to be brought in, the courts of your place of residence.
40. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and, where reasonable, provide notice through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
41. Effective date and contact
These Terms are effective as of 2026.07.23. This document is version 1.1
